At Nutrex Research, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are free from marks, scents, or signs of wear.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
